By accessing or using the Global Humanity Foundation (“GHF”) website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. GHF is a Section 8 non-profit company incorporated under the Companies Act, 2013, registered in Uttarakhand, India. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Description of Services

GHF provides a digital platform to:

• Promote education, human values, social welfare, and responsible technology use
• Facilitate monetary donations via UPI and other digital payment methods
• Enable item donations — connecting donors with individuals in need
• Share information about our initiatives, community programs, and events

3. User Accounts

Certain features require you to create an account. By creating an account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
• Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or engage in fraudulent or harmful activities.

4. Donations Policy

4.1 Monetary Donations

• All monetary donations are accepted in digital form only (UPI, online transfers). No cash donations are accepted.
• Donations are voluntary and made at the donor's discretion.
• Donations are generally non-refundable. In exceptional circumstances, refund requests may be considered on a case-by-case basis.
• As a Section 8 company, all income and property of GHF is applied solely towards the promotion of its charitable objects. No portion of income is distributed to members.

4.2 Item Donations

• Items donated through our platform must be in usable condition as described by the donor.
• GHF acts as a facilitator connecting donors with recipients. We do not take physical possession of donated items.
• Donors are responsible for the accuracy of item descriptions, photos, and condition ratings.
• GHF reserves the right to remove listings that are inappropriate, misleading, or violate community guidelines.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use our services to:

• Engage in any illegal, fraudulent, or harmful activity
• Post false, misleading, or offensive content
• Impersonate any person or entity
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other user accounts or our systems
• Use automated tools to scrape, crawl, or extract data without permission
• Interfere with the proper functioning of the platform

6. Intellectual Property

All content on the GHF platform — including text, graphics, logos, images, and software — is the property of Global Humanity Foundation or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without prior written permission.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our services are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that our services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from harmful components. We make no warranties regarding the quality, accuracy, or suitability of donated items listed on our platform.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Global Humanity Foundation shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services, including but not limited to damages related to item donations, monetary transactions, or reliance on information provided through our platform.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Global Humanity Foundation, its directors, officers, and volunteers from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of our services or violation of these terms.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Your continued use of our services after modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Dehradun, Uttarakhand, India.
